Rep. Anamero Dekeri Condemns Okpella killings, Urges Stronger Security

Hon. Anamero Sunday Dekeri, member of the House of Representatives for Etsako Federal Constituency, has condemned the killing of NSCDC operatives and the abduction of a Chinese national in Okpella, Edo State.

He described the attack as barbaric and a threat to community safety and development. Hon Anamero in a vanguard publication dated 8th September, urged the Federal Government to provide more manpower, funding, and logistics for security agencies while commending the state government efforts to empower local vigilantes.

Extending condolences to the victims’ families and the good people of Okpella community, he vowed to work with relevant authorities to bring perpetrators to justice, stressing that the safety of citizens must remain a top priority.
